How to make khandvi Content
● 1 cup- chickpea flour
● 1 cup whipped yogurt
● 1/2 teaspoon- salt to taste
● 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
● 1/2 teaspoon- ginger paste
● 2 tablespoons- oil
● 1 tablespoon- finely chopped coriander
● 1 to 1 tablespoon- shredded coconut
● 1/2 teaspoon- rye
● Green chillies
How to make khandvi :
Add besan, whipped yogurt, salt, ginger paste, turmeric, and 1 cup water and mix well.
Now put the pudding in a pan and stir with a spoon. Let rise until the pudding thickens. Stir the pudding constantly. In about 4-5 minutes the pudding will thicken.
Now keep a plate upside down and spread the khandvi pudding on the plate and let it cool down.
Put oil in a small pan and heat it. Now put mustard in it, when the mustard is added, add chopped green chillies. Add grated coconut and finely chopped coriander.
Now pour this mixture over the mixture spread on the plate. Cut it into long wide strips using a knife and make a roll of it, placing all the rolls in a plate.
Khandvi full of flavor is ready. Serve the sugar cane with green coriander sauce and eat.
